We are a women-owned virtual assistant company based out of Scranton, Pennsylvania. We are made up of a team of dedicated professionals who strive to provide high-quality business support to busy CEOs, overwhelmed parents, content creators, and so many more.

Founded in 2015, the company became more out of survival than a dream, at first.

Randi Conti, our CEO, found a passion for virtual assisting early 2015 when she learned of a company that specialized in it. She was hired, trained, excited to advance, and laid off due to bankruptcy by a high-profile virtual assistant agency in the span of 6 months. Informed by email, they were told they had been unemployed for 2 days as their last official date of employment was the Friday before. Distraught, 400+ assistants came together to support each other in getting their businesses off the ground, accessing their clients, pooling resources, and training each other.

On August 10, 2015, Randi Judge Consulting was established. Later when time permitted, the company was rebranded to Off Your Desk. In 2019, Off Your Desk officially became an LLC (Co) on the 4th anniversary of Randi becoming an assistant officially.

As of June 2023, we have been able to expand our team to three assistants and are so excited about supporting your next project.
