I am a dedicated and detail-oriented virtual assistant with a diverse background in administrative services, client relations, and business operations. While pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biology, I have built a strong foundation in bookkeeping, office management, and notary public services.
My professional experience spans roles in telecommunications sales, where I developed key skills in customer engagement, relationship-building, and solution-oriented communication. I’ve also worked in remote call center environments supporting clients across industries including education, retail, and insurance. These experiences have enhanced my adaptability, empathy, and active listening skills—allowing me to deliver exceptional support in any setting.
Since 2023, I’ve served as a virtual assistant for Off Your Desk clients, providing reliable support in data entry, research, scheduling, social media management, and customer service. My strengths in bookkeeping, administrative coordination, and task execution contribute to seamless daily operations for the clients I serve.
In addition to holding a personal lines P&C insurance license and an online-authorized notary public commission, I have participated in research projects both academically and professionally.
