🤝 Working With Us

  • Yes. On a dedicated VA plan, you’re matched with a consistent assistant who learns your business. Our team also collaborates internally to ensure coverage and continuity.

  • Most clients use our Notion-based Client Hub and email. We’re flexible—if you prefer Google Docs, Slack, or another platform, we’ll do our best to integrate it.

  • Our standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Rush or weekend work may be accommodated by request, depending on team availability.

  • Client satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns or are not satisfied with our services, please reach out to us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring that our support meets your expectations.

The Desk Force

(Flexible Task Support)

  • The Desk Force™ is our task-based service. You buy credits, submit small tasks (under 30 minutes), and we handle them without a long-term commitment. It’s great for flexible, fast support.

  • Formatting, research, scheduling, content cleanup, reminders, and light admin—anything under 30 minutes that helps keep your day running smoothly.

  • Yes—credits roll over for 60 days, so you can use them as needed over time.

  • Absolutely. Many clients start with Desk Force™ and transition to a dedicated plan when their needs grow. We’ll help make the switch seamless.

💳 Plans, Pricing & Billing

  • Nope. All of our plans are month-to-month. We believe in earning your trust through results, not locking you in with fine print.

  • All of our plans are month-to-month, allowing you the flexibility to adjust or cancel your services with 7 days' notice before your next billing date.

  • If you find that you require additional support beyond your current plan's hours, you can purchase extra hours at a rate of $40 per hour, up to 5 additional hours. For more extensive needs, we can discuss upgrading you to a higher-tier plan that better suits your workload.

  • We provide regular updates on your hour usage through our Notion-based Client Hub, ensuring transparency and helping you manage your plan effectively.

🔐 Security & Turnaround Time

  • We prioritize client confidentiality and data security. All our virtual assistants adhere to strict confidentiality agreements, and we utilize secure tools and protocols to manage and protect your information.

  • For dedicated VA clients, turnaround times are established based on the nature and urgency of the task. For The Desk Force™ tasks, we aim to complete tasks within 1–2 business days. Rush services may be available upon request.
